Addresses still formatted wrong after import

Regarding issue #129422, where addresses are reformatted into a single line after any csv import, the latest update I received said that the csv problem had been fixed and a patch had been released and also that all affected addresses had been fixed.

However, we are still seeing addresses formatted as a single line.  We have thousands of vendors, so we cannot continue to fix them manually.  Does anyone have a solution for this?  Why did the issue notification say it was fixed if it is still not correct??
