How do I change Sales Rep to 'Unassigned' via csv Import

Does anyone know how to change the Sales Rep on customer records to 'Unassigned' via CSV Import?  I've tried just setting the Sale Rep field with blank fields in the csv file, and also chose the Advanced Option to 'Overwrite Missing Fields'.  NetSuite doesn't like it.  There error message I get is 'Invalid salesrep reference key .'

I know that I SHOULD be able to do this with a Mass Update, but that appears to be broken for me right now.
