CSV Import Wizrd hung...
I'm trying to run the Import Wizard to bring in some Leads and Contacts Together. I've prepared the csv file and am using the wizard.
However, the wizard simply hangs on the first page. I have selected "Leads and Contacts Together", then the single file I have. When I click "next" the page simply re-loads without moving to stage 2. This has been happening since last Thursday (3 working days so far). This is a showstopper - I'm trying to import one of our sales guys' main database here and if it fails then Netsuite is useless to us.
I raised a support case but over the weekend I received a reply to say they couldn't replicate the issue, so could I clear my cache and try again. Needless to say I'd already tried this without any joy.
