Matching data in Netsuite to outside lists
What matching tools or processes are people using to first match outside of Netsuite to determine if the contacts (and companies) already exist in Netsuite?
We acquire outside lists on an ongoing basis that need to be loaded to Netsuite. We need to first match to see if they already exist in our customer and contact records in Netsuite. The records may be leads, prospects or customers. If the records already exist in Netsuite, then we update certain fields such as e-mail address, title, address, telephone # and custom fields. If the records do not already exist, then the customer and contact records need to be loaded as new leads.
