Contacts for multiple Customers

Hi,

    Does anyone know if it is possible via csv import (either add or update) to assign a contact to multiple customers?  I have a situation where contact A & contact D are contacts for Customer B & Customer C (which may have other contacts).  I can only seem to be able to establish one customer:contact relationship on import (i.e. when I import contact A I can assign it to Customer B or Customer C, but not both).

    All ideas welcome!
