Invalid Integer in CSV Import

I'm getting the following error when I perform a csv import...no idea why. It works fine if I enter this info manually.

The following CSV file(s) have errors in them and can't be imported into the system:
Invalid Integer for field "########"   1
You have entered an Invalid Field Value ############# for the following field: custrecord_##########  1
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

I #####ed out sensitive info.

Any idea why this would occur?  I've never seen that error before.
