Custom Record Import Link to Customer
Hi,
I have 2 custom record types set up, both with the Customer record as the parent, on one I am able to import via csv into the Customer field therefore linking my custom record to a Customer, on the other the Customer field is not available for csv import (& therefore I can't link my data).
I can see no difference between the way the 2 record types are set up, or the way the Customer field is set up within them. The Customer field is not 'disabled' on any of the entry forms relating to the 2 record types.
Does any one have any ideas?
