Sales Order Problems

I have some Sales Orders coming from a 3rd party in a csv file.  Is there a better way to import them then using the Import Assistant every time?  I have the field mapping set perfectly and it works, I would just like to import the file each day and have it imported rather then going through all the steps.

Also has anyone had a problem going into a saved csv import for sales orders and not being able to select sales orders?  I click on transactions but the drop down with sales order is blank.  NetSuite prioritized this as a an S3 (120 days) which is completely too long.  They want me to remap the fields everyday till they find a solution.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
