Import of Notes
I am in the process of exporting notes, calls, messages and cases from one instance of NetSuite to a new instance of NetSuite. I need to be able to tie the notes back to either the phone call, message or cases but don't see a clear way to do that. Do you use the CRM/Support Record field in the CSV upload for the internal call_id or case_id? Or is there another way to link the notes to the specific event?
