Update only blank NS fields on import
Does anyone know if it's possible to update only blank fields in NS on an import? For example, if we have a record with the following info:
Phone Number: 123-456-7890
Fax: (blank)
email: email@email.com
We create a CSV that looks like this:
Phone Number, Fax, Email
444-333-4444, 999-999-9999, email2@email.com
When we run the import, are there any settings that will allow us to populate ONLY the Fax field. The Phone Number and Email fields (which already contain data) shouldn't be updated, but left as they are in NS. I tried the Overwrite Missing Fields option, but that just writes blank space in the CSV to the field in NS.
