Budget Import

I'm having issues with Budget Importing - first time we're trying it. 

We keep getting "Invalid department reference key".  I know the department is correct - we use it for other CSV imports.

Support can't import either.  BUT I've seen a few things on this forum and I'm wondering if anyone has current info that can help.

1.  Someone had this issue in May 2009 and "I had this same issue and filed a support case. Netsuite applied a fix to my account, and now I don't have any trouble importing budgets. ".  What do I ask for to get this fix?
