Cannot import customers Tax Item
I am migrating from a unix system to Netsuite and we have customers who exits in different tax zones. I can import the customers Relashonships/Customers Only and then set a default value for "Tax Item" However, if I try to map the Tax Item to Netsuite, Netsuite gives three options:-
Choose reference type
Provide a Default value
Set Value to null
I am choosing the first option whereupon I get three further options:-
Names
Internal ID
External ID
Initially I mapped the files to "Names" (I checked the format by first doing an export) but this just produces the following error message "Invalid taxitem reference key S-GB*."
