CSV Import Dotted Underline
I recently changed the type of some fields (PM Contact, Admin Contact, etc) on our customers from multiple select to single select. I had to do export all of the customers with that filed, change the field to single select (list/record) and then import the CSV with a new column that had the company name concatenated with the contact name like so:
company name : contact name
After that they show fine on the customer record but they show up with a dotted underline now instead of a solid one. Also, in the search I did to pull these customers they showed in the results with just the name, now they show up company name : contact name.
