Importing Customer records and associating them to other customer records

I am trying to import a customer record that is associated to another customer record. Is there a way to do this?

IE. I have a customer record TCM12345645 Test Company. I want to add a subrecord to that company so it will be attached to it. TCM12345645:1 Test Company
