CSV Customer Import Vanishes

I have a customer import that I've used for months.  Imports attempted after 5/25/10 simply vanish after I submit them.

I get the same message screen that says it's successful with a link to the job status page, but when I visit that page, the new job is not listed and the customers never import.

I have self-serve support, however, I've started a case: 1163403.
