Importing Other Transactions

Hi,

We are importing all our historical transactions from Quickbooks Online. Any tips on doing that? I discovered that we can't export the files the way we wanted from QB. Paid invoices and Payments cannot be tied together from the exports. They are independent from each other Any suggestion on how to import it on NS?

Also, what do you do with credit memos, deposits, and other transaction types that are not importable?
