Currency Error In importing

Hi All,
  I tried to import the journals with different currency{i.e not the subsidiary base currency}. But i am getting the currency error{i.e,Invalid currency reference key entered currency for this subsidiary .}.I entered journal manually then its creating without any issue's.
I have to import 18000 journals..so please suggest me an solution in Net-suite Standard importing.
