New error on CSV Import

I'm receiving the following error in the results spreadsheet when attemting to import.

This is contained in the error column of the spreadsheet.  Anyone else seeing the same.  It is for a Customer and Contact at the same time as the import.

ReferenceError: "changeStateFieldsVisibility" is not defined. (NLRecordScripting.scriptInit$lib#213)

BTW, this is the first customer/contacts import I have done since the 2012.1 upgrade.
