Reporting on imported historical transactions
I have a requirement to import customers sales transactions for the previous financial year so the sales team can view sales trends.
I was considering importing them as cash sales due to the minimum impact it will have and the fact that they don't require payments.
This is fine but my concern is in the reporting.
These transactions will not show up in any Sales (Orders) reports. I assume that is simply because there is no Sales Order.
Does anyone know of a method of ensuring that the transactions appear in all types of Sales Revenue reports i.e. both Sales & Sales Orders.
