Primary Name Field Not Mapped?

Hi there,
I'm trying to do a basic field update using the CSV import.
Even though most of the names match with what is in NetSuite, I get the following error message and nothing is updated:

Could not find matching record. Primary name field was not mapped or is empty.

What is the Primary name field in the Prospect record? I'm using Company Name.
