Error while Importing Data Using Add or Update

Hi Everyone,

I got an error as "Ambiguity error on logical key multi-match" while importing Customer Invoices into the Netsuite using Add or Update

My Requirement:
Already there are some Invoices Existing in the Netsuite for that Existing Invoices I want to add some more line items and for the Invoices that are not existed, I want to add them in the Netsuite

Can Someone Please suggest your idea's
