Field value error

“Unexpected error !” occurred when we importing chart of accounts.
It seems occurred on the “subaccount of” field. Because length of field value is more than 100 character on the our file. 
For exsample: 171100101 Long term investment and financing : Investment : Investment for other subsidiaries : Long term investment  - Long term investment - TGLI

When we add account name/on the form or importing COA/ the error occured.
 
Some account name imported within 98 character length. 99th character cant imported so error occured.
But some is whitin 120 character length.

What is the account name field max length? The error really as field length?
Can there another reason?
