Issue import - Fixed issues require "reviewer"

My issue import returns errors for all issues with status "Fixed"

The error is: Please designate a reviewer by setting the Reviewer field before submitting.

Fair enough, but I don't see the reviewer field as an available field on the map fields page of the import.

Am I missing something obvious here?
