Import blank values into decimal field???

I am trying to import blank values into the Reorder Point and Preferred Stock Level fields. I specifically do not want to import a 0 as this will not allow reordering to work the way I want it. I tried importing as null, but I cannot have text in a decimal field. Any idea what I need to do to remove the data in these fields through an import?
