Export Report Import keep failed with error message "Ref No. must be unique"
Hello,
I want to build a CSV template to import Expense Report. I have a primary file that includes employee, date etc. and I also have a secondary file to store the expense lines. I believed I followed all the requirements on the help center when building this template. But I keep getting this error "Ref No. must be unique" although I have this "Ref No." field in the secondary file and i use incremental numbers start with "1". I also tried removed this field from the template (hope NS can auto fill this field behind) but still get the same
