Project Tasks CSV Updates

Is there any way to update a "custom crm field" under Project Task through csv import?

I went through this link and It is saying we cant do it. Please advice, If you guys have any idea on how do it.

My other choice would be the mass update or a scheduled script. But wondering is there any other option that is available with the CSV.
