Issue with New CSV Integrator version 2.1.0

Hello,

I just installed the new version of the CSV integrator (Version 2.1.0).  When attempting to setup the CSV integration mapping (Setup > Custom > CSV Integration Mapping) I am finding the field designed for the CSV Header format is not long enough for all of the fields in my file.  I have 40 fields in the header, but the field does not allow enough characters and the last 5 or 6 fields are cut off.  Does anyone know how to increase the size of this field to accommodate my entire header file?
