Rounding Error

We have a Saved CSV Import with these parameters:

Type = Purchase Order
Data Handling = Add or Update

The purpose of it is to close lines that have an old item and import the same lines with a new item (all on the same PO).  But I'm receiving the following message:

Rounding Error: -4400

I tried different formats for the Item Rate and Amount columns.  Has anyone else seen this error?
