Uploading Sales Orders with zero qty

I'm trying to upload Sales Orders via CSV with zero qty but NS gives me error message: You must enter at least one line item for this transaction.

I have lots of items that have to be zero qty as they are later on populated by users manually when qty is known.

Items I use on the sales orders have default qty of zero but NS does not like when all items are zero qty

Any ideas?
