Case Reporting Available from Employee Centre
Hi there,
We'd like to be able to use Case reporting in our own Employee Centre so that all employees can use it to report IT Issues, and our IT Department can use this to manage the cases.
I don't believe this is possible in version 10.6, but wonder if it's possible in version 11? Or whether there is a good workaround we can use?
