Documents - Limit access by Sales Rep

I couldn't find a good spot to post this (about Documents and the File Cabinet) so I'll place this here...

We have a corporate office and we have field sales reps (sales role). The corporate office has a lot of files, images, etc. that the sales reps should not see, so up until now, I've turned off visibility for them. (Documents and Files permission has been removed).

What we need to do now is allow sales reps to upload and view documents related to their own Leads, Prospects and Customers. (They should have full rights to their own files). They should not be able to see our "corporate" documents nor should they be able to see other sales reps documents.  Employee restrictions for this role are set to Self and Subordinates only.
