Custom Calendar and Signature settings

Hi

I'm in the process of trying to minimise the changes that an employee needs to make when they get a Netsuite account.

Could anyone give some pointers on where I can go to set the default signature and calendar options (perhaps associated with a role)? I would also like to make calendars public by default for new employees.
