KPI Permissions

Hi,

I am having difficulties where to set permissions to KPIs.  For example in my Admin account in standard KPIs I can select Profit.  I guess in order to give a role access to this I will need to allow them permissions to either a specific report or saved search, question is which one.  I know I can create my own saved search and use it as a KPI by why create what is already on the system.
