How secure companies and contacts between subsidiaries: role permissions not perfect
Hi,
I can't find a way to secure companies and contacts, as well as the activities and messages attached to the companies and contacts, in a manner where the a user of one subsidiary cannot gain access to the companies, contacts and associated records in another subsidiary.
I do know how to assign a role with access to one subsidiary (and not another).
But i have run into a way around this if a person is able to edit searches in their role (no as obvious as a contact/company search) - don't wish to explain more as it might be a hole in the security.
