Default Customer Center Price

We have multiple price levels set up and created "Online Price" as our default for our e-commerce site. However, just exploring into the Customer Center and noticed that when an existing customer selects "Place Order" it defaults to "list price" and not "Online Price".

Perhaps I've missed it, however is their a way to default new customers to "Online Price"?

Is there an easy way to mass update the pricing so that Base/List mirrors the Online Price?
