Wanting to restrict item view by department
We have several inventory departments and would like to restrict access to them as follows (no we don't sell cars or bikes i am making it up!);
Inventory item is department "Car"
Inventory item is department "Bike"
So then I am expecting if I set in restrict department to "Bike" I will only see Bike inventory and Bike transaction..
But that is not how it seems to work.. what do I have totally wrong?
My goal is to have a role restricted to "bikes" that does not see "cars"
