Moving from Full Access to Custom Roles
Inherited a Netsuite implementation where everyone has Full Access. Trying to lock it down with actual roles. Small company, many people wear many hats.
1) I've created a couple of roles by hand (not fun). Is there a better way to "copy" a role than editing it, changing the name and clicking resave? This doesn't give me the opportunity to change the Center Type, uncheck "Sales Role", etc. There are settings that can only occur on create (actually, a list of those would be useful).
2) Is there any way to copy permissions from one role to a new "blank" role (i.e., CSV import, etc.)? Unfortunately, I'm not a scripter.
