Approve Purchase Request - Permission error
Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction with this because it makes no sense. Here goes..
I have a custom role which has access to creating purchase orders and this works fine. I've created a custom PO approval workflow which also works fine. The issue comes about when a user with that role is logged out of NetSuite and an approval request is sent through to them.
Clicking on the view record link takes them to the timed out screen to log in and throws a permission error when they try. The error message is as per below:
