Custom Role Permission to allow full edit of employees (including SS#)
I can't seem to find the proper role settings to allow a user, assigned to a custom role called "Human Resources", which allows the user to manage the employee roster.
They should have full access to all things employees, and I got it nearly all the way there, however Social Security numbers are showing up hidden (with ********* instead of numbers), and upon Edit they cannot view or edit the value. Only when creating a new record, can the number be entered.
For our HR staff, they need to sometime access this information.
Does anyone have any guidance on setting up the proper permissions for this? I can't really give them admin level access, since they should not be able to view orders, ar/ap, and the GL.
