Restrict Items for Customer Center Role

My customer center role has the capability to Create Estimate.

When customer login in to Customer Center, when they create Estimate, I don't want them to be able to see how the NetSuite inventory. How do I restrict the item list so that they can only enter estimate for a subset of items.
