Can't access NetSuite Support Center Role

As Administrator on our instance, I have the NetSuite Support Center Role access on my account, however, it is not visible in my list of available roles. I can access the NetSuite Account Center, but I need to get to the Customer Center so that I can view our estimate of services and eventually make a payment. I have looked around in SuiteAnswers, but I have not found anything that has worked. Is there something I am missing?
