Transactions Mass Update not in list of Finance team

Hi, as administrator I see Transactions as an option in my Mass Updates list. The users in the finance team can't see that option (and they would like to have it).
I looked for finding/adding it under Manage Roles. I only found Mass Updates as option under Permissions > Lists .. but when adding it, I get the error message "Permission must be unique".
Suggestions are welcome!
