Restrict Sales Reps to view all customers not under them but not customer's transactions

Hello,

Perhaps I am overthinking but here is my problem.

We have a oneworld account with many subsidiaries. We have the USA sales managers who wish to access global customer list. At the same time, they shouldn't be able to see rest of the world transactions. i.e., see other customers but not other transactions.

What would it take to make this setup?
