Simple Custom Code not working

First look at custome code and not getting very far.

I have uploaded a Java script very simple just does an alert to screen!!!!
Referenced the JS file in the custom code page of a form and put in the function name in the Filed Change section.

When I try the form it shows OK but the alert does not come up when I chnage a field. THe Java console in Firefox shows the error setSecondLIfe not defined.  Obviously setSecondLife is the name of the function and the name/capitalisation is OK.

Anybody have any ideas?
