Running Server SuiteScript On Demand?

Hi ... When creating a new server script, the description for a "scheduled" script reads: "This script is executed on demand or via a user-configurable schedule."

All that I'm finding is the option to set the scripts to execute according to the deployment schedule ... Has anyone come across how to manually execute?  This would be handy at a minimum for testing purposes.  How else are folks testing their server scripts other than having them fire according to a deployment schedule?
