"quick key" to fire a script

We have a calculation script that fires on every line, to calculate pricing based on several column based values/boolean parameters.

Currently, users have to click a button, or navigate in/out of a specific field to fire the script.

Does anyone know how (or if possible) to link a function to a keyboard "quick key"?
