Forcing/automating order fulfilment

I need to be able to automate fulfilment of an order as a client wants to place orders via online sales order and credit card to have Netsuite reflect a status of billed.
The fulfilment is being perfromed by an external system (Sage) and therefore no fulfilment is being performed by my client.

Any ideas if this is feasible possible or workarounds welcome.
