nlapiGetScriptContext ReferenceError in 11.0.4?

Since our database was upgraded to 11.0.4 last Friday, my ServerSuiteScripts are consistently receiving the following error:

 Script: RFRQ_AfterSubmit Error: UNEXPECTED_ERROR ReferenceError:   "nlapiGetScriptContext" is not defined. (RFRQ_AfterSubmit#96) 


I have scoured the ServerSuiteScript documentation and 11.0.4 release notes and cannot find any reason why the nlapiGetScriptContext API call might have changed. Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?
