Use 2 Different Merchant Accounts

I would like to be able to use 2 Different Merchant accounts with Netsuite. We envision 2 different WSDK websites.

We would like the websites to pull up Netsuite Shopping carts that show a different logo based on which website it is, and use a different merchant account based on which website it is.

Is this possible to customize with SuiteScript?
