createdfrom from item fulfillment transaction

Hi -

I've come across a problem with the item fulfillment record.  On our account, it seems that "createdfrom" isn't returning any data.  It should return the SO that the item fulfillment was created from, right? 

Can anyone else confirm that this is a problem?

Is there any other way to pull up that information?  It's kind of a critical part of an item fulfillment if we want to lookup any other info.
